How to use and get the most from our products
Choosing your henna cone grip/shape
Classic Grip
They are slimline, sleek and amazingly easy to use. They have a really comfortable pen-like grip allowing you to compose intricate designs.
Perfect for both beginners and advanced artists.
Compact Grip
A great size for those just getting started or those that prefer a shorter cone that fits perfectly into the palm of your hand with a nice easy flow.
Perfect for beginners.
Both grips are sized at 15g each cone.
Order deliveries
Orders for henna and jagua are dispatched Monday to Thursday. Please allow 1 to 3 days notice before you would like your henna cones/paste delivered. If required urgently, please leave a message at order placement and we will send an acknowledgement to confirm.
A next day delivery service via courier ensures the henna is delivered quickly by 5 pm to make sure they are perfect for use immediately. We prefer this method to make sure the quality of the henna is not affected by long transit times which is detrimental to the paste being wasted if it dye releases further which compromises the staining quality.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of the henna cones/paste, this is available for delivery in the UK only.
Storing your products
The henna cones can be stored in the fridge if they are being used over the next few days. It is otherwise imperative to freeze them on receipt to as to not compromise the quality of the henna cones/paste.
Freeze for 4 to 6 months. This will not affect the quality of the henna. We would not advise re-freezing henna once thawed to ensure its quality.
Allergies
Henna cones made with lavender essential oil is recommended for those sensitive skin, if you are pregnant and for younger children.
Do not use henna if you have a G6PD deficiency.
